Activity Passes Order Form

Use the Athletic Pass Order Form to request your cards.

Passes can be used for home sports events during the 2017-18 school year. The exception to that would be regional or district events. There is a State set fee charged for those.

Payment for passes can be made on the school website using the RevTrak portal or sent to the Central Office.

A specific name must appear on each pass. Names will also be required for a family pass. A family pass includes parent(s) and school age children living in the same household.
