Welcome!

At Alburnett, students and families are very important to us! We have a saying “Purple on Purpose” that we use quite often and it has a special and different meaning to everyone that calls Alburnett home. For me, Purple on Purpose means we are in this together! It reminds me of being in a family. We may not always agree with each other, and we might not always be on the same page. However, if you mess with one of us in the Pirate Family, then you are going to have the whole Pirate Family defending, nurturing and protecting you. It is GREAT to be a PIRATE!

Alburnett Secondary has some really exciting endeavors going on this year! This year we are adding to our facilities, IOWA BIG at Alburnett, student growth, and a top-notch staff. We are excited for the 21-22 school year and all the great opportunities that Alburnett offers our students. It is GREAT to be a PIRATE!
